All Miyazaki Wagyu beef is sourced from Miyazaki Prefecture.

We use Miyazaki Prefecture-produced Jidō chicken and young chicken.

All rice used is grown in Miyazaki Prefecture.

We use fresh vegetables from Miyazaki Prefecture.

We use premium eggs from Miyazaki Prefecture.
