Enter the zip code and address of the desired delivery location.

• Delivery is available only when the total order amount is 5,000 yen or more.
• Delivery is available within 2 km of Ohashi store.
• There is a limit (up to 3) on the number of delivery orders that can be accepted in the same time zone. If you receive an error when placing your order, please specify a different time zone.

Select your payment method from "Cash Payment (at store pickup)" or "Credit Card (prepayment)".

Click "Next" to proceed to the order information entry screen.

Confirm the store name and order details, and enter the date and time you wish to receive the order.

• Reservations can be made after the 3rd day from today.
• Hours are in 30-minute increments.
• You cannot specify a pickup date and time less than one hour after the order time.
• We may not be able to meet your request depending on the quantity of your order and store congestion.

Enter customer information.
Please include a phone number or e-mail address where we can contact you.

If you selected the payment method "Credit (prepayment)," enter your credit card information.

Check the box if you need a receipt, invoice, or delivery note.

When you have completed the form, click "Confirm".
If the order is correct, click "Submit.
