Luxurious "Miyazaki Jitokko" chicken, nurtured by the nature of Miyazaki, is used,Shikina Baseri's special chicken hot pot set。
The vegetables, tofu, broth, and meat are all set, so all you have to do is just put them in the pot and simmer!
This is a set of two servings of the popular Jitokko Tori-nabe (chicken stew) that is actually served at Tomoe Serye and can be easily enjoyed at home.

- Miyazaki Jitokko Chicken Meat(Vacuum-packed)
- Whole Miyazaki burdock root
- firm tofu
- shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes)
- Chinese nettle tree
- green onion, cut into thin strips
- Elatostema umbellatum var. majus (variety of plant related to the nettles)
- Udon noodle ball (for closing)
- Egg (bamboo egg)
The special torinabe soup is an excellent soup full of flavor, made by slowly simmering Jitokko chicken broth for half a day.
All the ingredients are provided and simply put in a pot and heat over the fire.
How to eat
- Put Jitokori-Tori-Nabe soup in a pot and heat.
- Place vacuum-packed Jitokko chicken meat, burdock root, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and shredded green onions into the pot in this order. Start over high heat.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- When the ingredients are cooked, add potherb mustard and lightly heat through to complete the Jitokko Tori-nabe!
- Yuzu and Ichimi go well with yakumi (condiments). Please enjoy it while it is still hot, adding as much as you like.
- After finishing the ingredients, add udon noodles balls to finish the stew, crack an egg, and turn off the heat. The udon noodles absorb the umami of the Jitokko chicken and can be enjoyed to the end.
